ClaimLinx was formed in 2004 by Christy A. Quigley.  We are a Cincinnati, Ohio-based company operating as a consultant, agent and third party administrator.

Christy has 24 years experience in the insurance industry focusing on solutions to employer benefit costs. Previously she was a Marketing Research Analyst at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield with a background in analyzing secondary data and is an expert in manipulating data and converting manual processes into electronic solutions.   She resides in Loveland, Ohio with her husband Tom, and her cat Lady, and Beagle Fenway.   She is eager to speak with you about providing a customized financing option that is more cost effective for your business.

Tom has over 24 years experience in the insurance industry as both an insurance agent and a consultant.  Previously Tom owned his own insurance agency for 15 years focusing on complete solutions for business owners.  Tom is is an advocate for the business owner and his main focus is on saving employers money.  He, along with Christy and Ed Lyon, developed ClaimLinx solutions that have saved businesses millions on their health insurance.   He graduated from Central Michigan University with a background in business and resides in Loveland, Ohio with his wife Christy and their animals, Lady and Fenway.

Edward is a national tax consultant and President of Tax Tuneup, as well as the creator of taxcoachsoftware.com, a system for tax and finance professionals. He has appeared on over 200 TV, radio, and internet broadcasts, including CNN's Saturday Morning, CNBC's Power Lunch, MSNBC's Morning Blend and Today in America, Fox News Channel's Fox News Now and Fox on Money, and even Roseanne Barr's short-lived talk show, which dubbed him "the funniest tax guy in America."

Clarice Hoffer, Vice President of Sales and Service

Clarice has 30 years of experience in sales and client service. For ClaimLinx, she is focused on increasing business and improving current relationships with clients and partners. She oversees both the sales and service departments and is the primary point of contact for incoming prospects, referrals and partnership opportunities. Clients are also encouraged to contact her with any other issues not currently being addressed.

ClaimLinx specializes in the benefit administration of self-funded medical expense reimbursement plans (MERP).  Specifically, ClaimLinx administers Section 105 health plans that combine a high deductible health plan with employers self-funding a portion of the benefit plans.  ClaimLinx can assist in consulting services as well as the design of the benefit plan, process claims, educate members and pay providers.
